Bret Stevens, former River Bend Links cartboy, and son of Larry (Sam’s Town) and Melinda (Hollywood), has been diagnosed with cancer and has been receiving treatments at St. Jude Hospital. Of course, medical expenses exceed medical coverage, so net proceeds from this event will help the family with these medical expenses.

The format is a unique “Scotch Scramble”, so pair up with a good friend because you will alternate shots with one ball for a team score. Entry fee is $40 per player or $80 per team and includes golf, cart, range balls, putting contest, lunch, beverage cart, and door prizes “extraordinaire”! Three teams in each flight will win prizes. Door prizes, which require absolutely no golf skill, include George Foreman Grills, Silver Bracelets, TJ’s Steakhouse Certificates, 2 night stays for 2 at Resorts, 2 night stays for 2 at Sam’s Town with dinners at Twains’, Smokey Joe’s, or the Great Buffet.
